One plan. Everything in it.
Cancel whenever you like.
No tiers, no per-user pricing, no working out which features you've been locked out of. £99 a month, everything included.
What is it costing you already?
Not against another bit of software — against how you're doing it today.
If it's just you
- The Sunday night spreadsheet
- Trying to remember what you claimed last month
- Chasing your QS for a copy of what he sent
- Working out CIS on a calculator
- Missing a retention because nobody reminded you
- Digging out insurance certificates the night before a start
If you've got a team
- The admin who spends two days a month on it
- Trying to get the foreman to call you back
- Your QS sending things nobody checks
- Three underpayments across three sites
- Missing retentions — multiply that by every contract
- A lad sent home from induction on an expired card
Same problems. Different scale. One fix. £99/mo.
Probably less than the labourer cost you this week looking for his gloves.
Monthly rolling — no lock-in, no contracts. First 50 signups get 3 months free.

What isn't built yet
We'd rather tell you now than have you find out in month two. These are being worked on, and early access users get them first:
Automated chase sequences
Escalating chase emails to the QS on a schedule. Today the app flags what is overdue — you still send the email.
Direct accounting sync
Export files work today. A live two-way connection to Sage, Xero and QuickBooks is the next step.
Public API
For connecting SubbyWise to your own tools. The field app has one; a documented public API does not exist yet.
Before you ask.
Is it really one price, whatever size we are?
Am I tied in?
What's the early access offer?
Do I pay extra for the compliance side?
What about VAT?
